Over the course of 4 years as Head of Design at a leading Startup Studio, I honed my skills in designing agile processes that empower teams to innovate efficiently and effectively. In this role, I was responsible for developing and managing frameworks that turned initial concepts into thriving businesses, ensuring every project was guided by a clear vision and measurable goals.

As a freelance professional, I expanded my expertise by collaborating with diverse companies, helping them define and implement unique innovation processes tailored to their specific needs.
