Thanks to blockchain technology, professionals’ accomplishments become tangible recognitions, building a personal portfolio based on what they have concretely achieved—overcoming the limitations of traditional resumes, which are often just lists of companies where they worked.
Additionally, these tokens can be tied to access to unique and memorable benefits, monetary or otherwise, that further strengthen the bond between the company and the collaborator. Stakeshare aims to address the challenges of a flexible job market by offering an alternative and complementary tool to monetary bonuses, traditional welfare, and stock options. The platform introduces a scalable incentive system based on stakeshare tokens, which combine blockchain’s security and transparency with the flexibility of a customizable rewards system.
